Orders within the Sydney Metropolitan Area are prioritized. If ordered before our cut-off time, delivery typically occurs on the next business day after dispatch.
Orders placed and paid before 10:00 AM AEST will begin processing on the same business day. Orders after this time will be processed the following business day.
We require a physical street address for all deliveries. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers due to courier restrictions.
By default, all deliveries are sent with Authority to Leave (ATL) in a safe place. If your delivery address is a secure building or has no safe drop-off point, please specify in the order notes.
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can monitor the real-time progress via the courier's website.
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate. A redelivery fee may apply if the courier is unable to complete the delivery due to incorrect address information or restricted access.
Please note that during peak seasons or Australian Public Holidays, courier transit times may be longer than estimated. We recommend ordering in advance for time-sensitive events.
