Labels are the silent salesmen of your product. But a label that peels, bubbles, or fades is a brand disaster. We engineer labels from the adhesive up, ensuring they perform in the specific environment of your product—whether that's a freezer, a shower, or a warehouse.
The Adhesive Matrix
The glue matters as much as the paper. We match the adhesive to the surface energy of your container and the temperature of application.
Face Stock Selection
Paper labels are cheap but fail when wet. Synthetic stocks (PP/PE) are waterproof and tear-resistant.
- Paper (Gloss/Matt): Cost-effective. Great for dry goods (coffee, tea, boxes).
- Polypropylene (PP): Waterproof, oil-resistant. Essential for cosmetics, beverages, and refrigerated food.
- Textured / Wine Stock: Uncoated, premium feel. Needs a special varnish to protect it from moisture in an ice bucket.
- Clear / Transparent: "No-label" look. Requires opaque white ink behind text for readability.
Application Method: Roll vs. Sheet
How will you apply them? If by hand, Sheet Labels are cost-effective for short runs. If by machine (automated applicator), you must use Roll Labels. For rolls, the "Winding Direction" (orientation of the label on the roll) is critical—get it wrong, and your machine will apply them upside down.
