Corporate Stationery Standards: Identity That Endures

A business card is a handshake that stays behind. Your letterhead is the frame for your most important messages. We engineer corporate stationery to perform technically (in laser printers) and aesthetically (in the client's hand).

The Pantone vs. CMYK Dilemma

Corporate colours (like Coke Red or Tiffany Blue) are often Spot Colours (Pantone). Printing them in CMYK is an approximation. We manage this expectation by:

  • Standardising Profiles: Ensuring the CMYK conversion is consistent across all vendors.
  • Stock Compensation: Uncoated letterheads will absorb ink and darken the colour compared to a coated business card. We adjust the mix to visually match them.

Weight Perception

A flimsy card says "cheap." We recommend a minimum of 350gsm for business cards. For executives, we push to 450gsm or even duplexed (glued) 600gsm cards for authority.

Laser-Safe Guarantee

Letterheads run through hot fusers in office printers. Standard digital print toner will melt and smear. We use offset printing or high-temp digital engines to ensure your letterhead is 100% laser-safe.

Envelope Security

We print envelopes with security tints (patterns on the inside) to prevent sensitive documents from being read through the paper when held to light.
