• Project Data: Uploaded artwork, high-resolution assets, design briefs, and brand guidelines.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and website interaction via cookies to optimize our "Same-Day" service interface.

• Order Fulfillment: Processing orders, managing secure payments, and coordinating logistics.
• Production Communication: Sending digital proofs for approval, invoices, and real-time delivery updates.

3. Artwork, Intellectual Property & Storage

• Ownership: You retain full intellectual property rights to all artwork uploaded. ML PRINT claims no ownership over your designs.
• Limited Usage License: By submitting an order, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to reproduce and store the artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
• Portfolio Rights: Unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing at the time of order, ML PRINT reserves the right to photograph and showcase the finished physical product (e.g., printed signage or business cards) for promotional and portfolio purposes. We will never share your raw digital design files with third parties.
• Data Retention: We typically retain artwork files for 24 months to facilitate easy re-ordering. After this period, files may be archived or permanently deleted without further notice.

4. Data Security & Third-Party Disclosure

• Digital Safeguards: We implement industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) and secure server protocols to protect your project files and personal data.
• Trusted Partners: We share necessary data with essential service providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Australia Post, or specialized finishing partners). Some service providers (such as cloud storage or website hosting) may store data on servers located outside of Australia.
• No Data Selling: We strictly do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or client lists to third-party marketers.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, such as in response to a subpoena or government request.
